so just came home at 7 30 larh!
damn the road got so many cars and buses
had to do 500 setting! (with the yellow medicine ball) PLUS 100 push ups while doing it!
ahhhhhhhhhhh
training did not even start and we already got tired
it kept raining
so most of the training was wasted by watching the rain go by
HAHAHA
anyway
apprantely we go a competition coming up
and it is SOON!

so must jiayous!
well, also got bbq at my house on the 11 november
so yeah
im kinda corrdinating it
but it is going to be tough!
